Every month we celebrate one of our VIP players. This month our Moon Bingo VIP of the month is uripperm8, an Australian Moonie who has been playing on our site for over two years. Easy pancake batter- makes 8 English pancakes
Ingredients
1 large egg
½ pint milk (280ml)
4oz/110g plain flour (4 heaped dessert spoons)
1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- By hand: sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Break in the egg (and yolk, if using) and add a pinch of salt and a splash of the milk. Whisk the egg, gradually incorporating the flour, to make a smooth cream. Whisk in the rest of the milk and the melted butter.
- With a blender: put all the ingredients in a blender jug with a pinch of salt. Whizz until smooth.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes then pour it into a boiling hot pan. Wait for the pancake has formed and FLIP!
- Eat up- nom nom nom! No excuses Moonies, now everyone can make yummy pancakes! Now what should we put on them??
