Whilst you’re munching your vitamin-rich vegetable goodness, head over to Moon Bingo’s Shaken n Stirred room and bingo on the chef pattern. This 75 ball bingo room is open from 6pm- midnight, but here’s a recipe for a fab spinach omelet to keep you going until then:
Moon Bingo’s Spinach and Cheddar Omelette
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup of torn baby spinach leaves or frozen spinach
2 cups of Cheddar or Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together, add a little olive oil to a skillet and add the omelette mix to the hot oil. Fry up your omelette until it’s done and serve warm with salad. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner, nom nom nom!!
