Easy Peasy 5 minute chocolate cake!
Can’t cook? Won’t cook? Moon Bingo is here to help! We’ve got a recipe for the world’s easiest 5 minute chocolate cake, that you can make in your microwave! We’ve got to warn you though: this cake is the most dangerous chocolate cake in the world! Why? Because now you can have chocolate cake whenever you want it, haaa hhaaaa haaa (evil laugh!) Scroll down for the recipe….
Here’s hot to do it
Take a large coffee mug or tea mug (you know that world’s best mum one which is so big that your brew is cold by the time you get to the bottom of it)
Grease it with a little bit of butter or oil.
Mix:
4 tablespoons of plain flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons sugar
Add 1 egg and mix well
Then pour in 3 tablespoons of milk and 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and mix well
Add in a handful of chocolate chips
All mixed? Good.
Now put in microwave on high for 1.5-2 minutes.
Eat it STRAIGHT AWAY whilst it’s still hot and gooey, nom nom nom!!

Oat Cookies with Raisins
Ingredients
150g Plain flour
90g oats
2tsp Cinnamon
220g Golden Castor Sugar
90g of raisins
125g Butter
2 tbsp Syrup
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2tsp boiling water
Method
Heat oven to 130c fan 150c conventional oven
Combine Flour, oats , cinnamon, sugar and raisins
Melt butter slowly, while its melting combine baking soda, water and syrup together and add to the melted butter,
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together,
take tbsp amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls then place on a baking tray, (you may need 2 trays as you get about 12 biscuits)
leave space between your balls as they will expand in the oven.
Cook for 20 mins.
voilla job done.

Yummy Pineapple Gammon
ingredients for 1 person.
gammon steak.
mushrooms
tomato
frozen peas
curry paste
margarine
Worcester sauce
pineapple ring
canned potato
branston pickle.
mix together margarine – curry paste – branston pickle and worcester sauce and spread half of mixture over gammon.
Place in mod oven until cooked and then turn gammon over and repeat with remainder of the mixture adding the potatoes – tomato and mushrooms at the same time with the pineapple and some pineapple juice.
have peas cooking separately.
This should take about 20 minutes total time cooking.

Cinnamon Banana Bread
Ingredients
3 -4 smashed bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups of self raising flour
Pinch of salt
Method
Heat oven to 175c
Mix butter and bananas together then add in sugar beaten egg and vanilla,
Sprinkle into mixture salt and baking soda and cinnamon
Seive the flour into the mixture and fold in.
Bake for 1hr in the oven in a square cake tin or loaf tin.
